When the opportunity to receive 72 pallets of pet beds presented itself this summer, we knew we had to take it. It had been about a year since we'd seen pet supplies in our warehouse, and we were SO excited to be able to serve our animal-welfare partners once again. The following weeks were filled with smiling faces, wagging tails, and cozy nights for animals and grandkids alike. (Yes, you read that right. We received a surprising amount of reports about grandkids overtaking these conveniently toddler-sized pet beds). :) After receiving an email from Kay Petersen at Forever Feline Friends, however, we knew we had to share it with you all. "Just wanted to share a couple of happy campers in their new beds. CC (the cat) is a semi-feral who has never used a bed, and we have tried many, so this is a BIG milestone for her! She loves this fleece baby blanket, so I put it in the bed, and she is sleeping in it at night...[The] dog bed was an instant hit with our official cat tester [too]! Several of the smaller beds have gone to foster homes as our rescue provides all the supplies [foster families] need to take care of one of our kitties while they wait for their furever home. Thank you so much for sharing with us. You have made lots of little furry beasts happy!" - Kay Petersen
